Cozy Cabin Boarder
Intro Content
Tales from Cozy Cabin is a comedy series of funny, short, animated episodes created by Terry Mynott (Writer / Comedian) and Steven Lalonde (Owner + Creative Director at Lalo Co Animation). The show can be tailored to fit within another show or be a stand alone commission for TV or the internet. Each episode begins with an animated visual of a different 'film star' (storyteller) reading from the Wooden Back Book of Life inside the Cozy Cabin. As the story proceeds, the storyteller fades out of the visual and the story is continued in flash animation (with the storyteller as V.O.)
The Cozy Cabin is tucked away in the deep solitude of the northern forest. it is a great place for our star’s to get away from it all, and get back to the simpler ways of life, where books read by the fire go hand in hand with the surroundings.
In each episode, Terry Mynott will impersonate a different film star narrating a story from the Wooden Book of Life in front of the fire.
Stories read from the book are based on either real life events from our planet: history, theories and religion but all with a very comical and surreal twist. As the story unfolds, the VT fades from the storyteller into a childlike, twisted interpretation of the narration.
